I was skeptical when I first purchased the board but I have to say this programme is fantastic! The board is of good quality and there are so many different exercises you can do. I love the range of programmes you can follow on the app, all for the price of the board. Simple to follow and already seeing great results. They even have an equipment free programme to follow on holiday which I am doing every morning. Highly recommended.
