I wish I have been better at being more consistent with it, but life gets in the way sometimes. However, that has nothing to do with how amazing this reformer is. I enjoy all of the workouts. The group chat is also an amazing place to get motivation and get you to reach your fitness goals. I am going to make it a point to use it more, because I am happy with my workout every time I do!
