I bought the 28 Pilates Reformer Board to help modify certain workout moves that were becoming difficult due to aging knees and joints. I had never done Pilates before and thought it would be a good time to try something different. I'm so glad I did! The workouts are short and effective, so if you're short on time, there are NO EXCUSES! 10-, 15-, and 20-minute workouts are all you need to feel the burn and see results. Plus, the community platform is great for support and accountability. Highly recommend 28 Pilates!
