I was really excitied to use their products and try them out- however after I placed my order I got notified about “customs dues”- I bought $80 worth of product and then was told that in order to receive my package I would have to pay an additional $106 in “customs dues” once my package reached the US- it never got to that point the UK held my package. I was able to get refunded and customer service was great, but please make sure that before ordering look at the ENTIRE website bc dues are NOT mentioned at checkout!
