“Dues” and Hidden information

I was really excitied to use their products and try them out- however after I placed my order I got notified about “customs dues”- I bought $80 worth of product and then was told that in order to receive my package I would have to pay an additional $106 in “customs dues” once my package reached the US- it never got to that point the UK held my package. I was able to get refunded and customer service was great, but please make sure that before ordering look at the ENTIRE website bc dues are NOT mentioned at checkout!

Customer service is very poor

Customer service is not great. Products are good but I value service over everything. My parcel went missing I flagged issues with their currier DPD they were dismissed and excused despite the inconvenience. They didn’t care to look into the issue and left me resolve it while telling me this is my fault. Was just a very poor experience and I will look for alternatives going forward. Won’t shop here again.
