The customer service here is the worst I've ever encountered. If I could give negative stars, I would. I purchased a car, and within two weeks it had a fault. I took it to their head office and waited for two hours, only to be told they needed a part. After weeks, I was informed the car was ready, but the fault reappeared immediately. It has been nine weeks without my car, and I've only received one email about waiting for parts. I'm now pursuing this issue through the Motor Vehicle Disputes Tribunal, but they haven't responded to that either. I strongly advise against buying from this dealer.
