Never buy again - awful customer service. Should have known by their poor service that the car would cost me a month of stress to get a refund. Tire pressure was low upon purchase, which I pointed out and they said they'd fill for me. When paperwork was signed they told me they had pumped them up but they clearly hadn't (tires were all still under 20psi). I had to push them to understand low tyre pressure is unsafe, and then had to teach the salesman how to correctly fill a tyre. Discovered washer hose was disconnected (absent connection held together with tape) and I had to repair myself. Car claimed a service had been done upon import and WoF, but there was probably only 1-2L of engine oil ever put in it (of 4.5L capacity) so I would question if their mechanics that allegedly check these cars and sign off on a service/WoF are qualified. After two months and a normal amount of driving, the car had consumed all the oil and the engine needed replacing. Poor access to customer support as only a web form (no phone number). Took a full month of working through their bluffs in emails and ghosting me for more than a week at a time before they looked at the car and agreed they had made the mistake and refunded me. Awful customer service with very inconsistent emails and not even an out of office email reply to match their claim that people had been away when I turned up to collect the car after no communication. They did finally accept fault and offer a refund. No confirmation of this except the funds in my account. No offer of compensation for the three weeks where I was without a car and having to use public transport. No courtesy car made available for the period they requested the car to assess. No compensation offered for the work I had to pay for before being able to return it to them (i.e. washer hose & engine oil).

Terrible experience with the service

I purchased a vehicle here and was not informed about the fuel type. Due to a lack of communication, I mistakenly used the wrong fuel and damaged the engine. They blame me for this issue! The service team clearly doesn’t understand their responsibilities. I would not recommend this place for buying a car!

Terrible Experience with Communication

I purchased a 4WD vehicle here, and the representative failed to inform me about the appropriate fuel type. There was a complete lack of communication, and when I mistakenly used diesel, it damaged the piston rings. Now they are blaming me for this issue! It seems they don't grasp the language properly. This is the worst place to buy a vehicle!

Concerns about vehicle condition

On July 15, 2024, I bought a vehicle in good faith from a dealer in Palmerston North. The alternator failed and needed replacement, which is understandable. However, after repairs, it was found that the wiring in the fuse box had been tampered with, which was not disclosed during the inspection. I filed a claim, but it was dismissed as normal wear and tear. I have submitted the garage's report and am awaiting a response before taking further action.

Unacceptable customer service

The customer service here is the worst I've ever encountered. If I could give negative stars, I would. I purchased a car, and within two weeks it had a fault. I took it to their head office and waited for two hours, only to be told they needed a part. After weeks, I was informed the car was ready, but the fault reappeared immediately. It has been nine weeks without my car, and I've only received one email about waiting for parts. I'm now pursuing this issue through the Motor Vehicle Disputes Tribunal, but they haven't responded to that either. I strongly advise against buying from this dealer.

Extremely disappointing experience

I am finally writing a review after a dreadful encounter with a car dealer. We bought a vehicle and the ABS light activated immediately after purchase. They attempted to fix it multiple times without success. When I requested a refund, the local manager claimed he lacked the authority. After contacting higher management, they also refused to authorize a refund. Ultimately, they promised to repair the vehicle at a dealership but could not provide proof of the work done. I would strongly advise against purchasing from this dealer, as the stress is not worth any savings.

Great car buying experience

I purchased a vehicle from a site and found their prices to be very reasonable for good quality cars. The sales team was friendly and helpful, and the customer care team has been excellent. If you're in the market for a car under $10,000, this is a fantastic place to begin.
