I left 2degrees a year ago due to a poor experience, but their retention team recently contacted me with what sounded like a great deal on both broadband and mobile plans. Unfortunately, the experience this time has been even worse.On the day I was supposed to be connected, my broadband plan was $10 more expensive than what was discussed. To make matters worse, both of my mobile plans were not even activated, and the customer service team had no record of them.After spending over 80 minutes on the phone, being transferred between mobile and broadband departments, I was told that if I cancelled, I would be charged a $199 early termination fee — for a service I hadn’t even used!This is by far the worst provider I’ve dealt with. And yet, they want to win the People’s Choice Award? Please vote against them — they don’t deserve it.
