Been with 2degrees for quite a few years now...and only stick with them as stuck with the contracts i got... can never get a hold of anyone...they are happy to shut down your account with no grace period to contact them... their call center is based in south africa and God knows where else...so the person u speak to has no idea what ur on about most times...they do not value their customers but happy to use our funds towards initiatives we dont even agree to...so they can get their name out there...its a bad company and i will be leaving them once my phone is paid off.
Terrible business with speed limits beyond stupidity. Can you imagine waiting over fifteen seconds just to load Google Maps and nearly half a minute to open a webpage? And it’s not even cheap for this kind of service. Avoid it for your own health.
If I could write zero stars I would have written -100. Your representatives were ok- due to being offshore they do not understand the public holidays. We pay for a service which is not honoured. We agreed to pay for a technician and still none arrived- with no communication- actually there was an email but we don’t have internet so how can one see what notification. Poor service. You had a client who was willing to pay the fee but couldn’t properly inform them. I will be spreading the word for all to cancel their subscription and join Kiwi Wifi. Big corporations should do better.
The support was extremely disappointing. They were unable to facilitate a straightforward eSIM transfer between phones, both in-store and over the customer support line. The staff appeared untrained and unhelpful. I might have to switch back to my previous provider just to get my new phone functioning.
The customer service is unprofessional. I've been a customer for six years and have faced issues multiple times with my Internet app. Each time I try to resolve it, I am met with frustration. Recently, my SIM card was restricted while I was shopping, and when I called for help, the representative was rude and unhelpful. I ended up needing to ask others for assistance just to pay for my groceries. I'm considering switching providers now.
The website and signup process are good, but the support is inadequate. They mislead customers about stock availability and fail to provide confirmations for changes or cancellations. Their customer service is frustrating, and it feels like they want to avoid helping you. I would recommend looking for alternatives.
