Would give a negative star review if I could. Customer service is ridiculously bad. After receiving an email notifying of a price increase I rang to ask whether my existing loyalty discounts would apply and was told two would and support would get back to me in email they never did, rang support again and they gave me a quoted price for a slower broadband and I accepted this, sent an email to support accepting this offer and had no response so sent again only to receive an email with a higher price quoted. Absolutely ridiculous support and complaints system where customers get ignored.
