Would give a negative star review if I could. Customer service is ridiculously bad. Rang to ask a question around commercial policy with electricity and assistant refused to answer constantly quoting privacy??? Apparently they can’t advise consumers of policies, terms or conditions on the phone, was told to look it up. Supervisor wouldn’t talk to me and I was called rude several times. Worst customer service experience I have ever had
