I have called into your Glenfield branch many times and each time the service has not been helpful at all. The staff are not very friendly either and it clearly showed they did not enjoy their job. This time I decided to pop into your Albany branch hoping for better service. However, the rep kept talking over us to the point she wouldn't answer a question and I literally interrupted her saying "he's asked you a question, can you please answer it at which time she said she didn't know. The rep kept telling is what 2 degrees don't do, until I asked her "what can you help us with in terms of what we are requesting!". That became a lightbulb moment and bingo there was an easy solution. The effort to get to that point was unnecessary and condescending from the rep. Please sort your customer service out and retrain your staff on your products and what they can do to help customers rather than what they can't do. Your company is worse than dealing with government departments.
