2degrees has provided me with the most frustrating and unacceptable service imaginable. I subscribed to a $35 monthly plan, and for the first two months, the charges were accurate. However, after that, they began deducting random amounts ranging from $38.38 to $57.77. On one occasion, they even deducted $37.88 on the 12th and $42.12 on the 31st of the same month, which I am now carefully tracking. To make matters worse, they suspended my services without any warning for five days, leaving me to wrongly assume that my phone was the issue. When I called to inquire, I was told that I hadn't paid, yet my bank statements clearly show otherwise. Fed up with the constant hassle, I decided to cancel my plan and retrieve all the carryover data, calls, and texts that I had already paid for. I don't care what your internal policies may be—they seem unjust under consumer protection laws. 2degrees has stolen from me. I have spent a significant amount of hard-earned money on plans that I barely used, only to have it taken away in the end. I demand either my carryover data restored or a refund for the money owed to me.
