This has turned into a truly awful company. I’ve paid my bill ( as I always do) and now they have restricted my service because they say I haven’t paid. I sent them proof from my bank account - they ignored it. An hour on the phone to their ‘ service ‘ dept got me nowhere. I heard their CE on the radio talking about competition in NZ which he clearly knows nothing about. Start paying attention your customers and you might get it. As for their ‘ Fighting for Fair ‘ slogan - don’t make me laugh.
