I switched to 2 Degrees (2D) from Spark just before Christmas 2024 and it's been one hassle after another re: billings and payments.Some of it is my mistake as 2D maintains two separate accounts for the home broadband and mobile services.Although I though I sorted this issue out after the first month, I have since been receiving txt messages and e-mails telling me that I have not paid the account!Upon checking my bank statements and cross-referencing it to the 2D invoices, it was found that their way of billing is totally confusing as the charges for my home plan appear on their invoice for mobile services.I have today clarified with the customer help, who maintain that I have not paid my home account in full despite making payment to the ampount shown to the account stated on their invoice.I have made the payment but am expecting 2D to foul up again next month by:1) Not picking up the credit on the overpaid mobile account2) Again claiming that I have not paid my account (take your pick as to which).Totally disgusted with their admin and can't wait for the current contract to lapse and it'll be off to another provider.
