Terrible customer service. Called to cancel in advance. However they cancelled a month early. Took me 10 days to re-instate the internet. They then continued to bill me for several months following the cancellation after I had moved house to use another internet service provider. Took me a long time to sort out. The internet service they provided was patchy - would constantly cut out. This is the first online review I’ve left - but I have to let people know how terrible this company is. Please avoid at all costs.
