Recently, I was forced to pay unfair termination fees when I moved properties, with no consideration given to my long-term relationship with 2degrees, the history of my contracts, or the circumstances surrounding the move. I received no support, flexibility, or understanding from 2degrees service team.Furthermore, I want to highlight that the only reason I had to sign a new agreement 10 months ago was due to an error on 2degrees' part — my account was mistakenly cancelled by the administration team, forcing me into a new contract. Despite this mistake being no fault of my own, I am now being penalised.They also did not supply the free 6 months Prime subscription as advertised due to invalid codes, and were not willing to supply a correct code, and the coverage is only on OK, if you want to use data then you will struggle to get enough bars for reception.
