In order for you to cancel your plan, they have to fill out a form and another team has to authorise the cancellation. But I got told the queue is quite long so I’ll have to wait a long time to speak to someone and a call back request will be 2-5 days. It can’t be that hard to cancel my plan and have to wait up to 5 days for authorisation is just crazy. Bad service.
