Internet drops out regularly for a couple of seconds. doesn't affect video streaming but you can't use for video calls. Even on a 100mb/s fibre plan we are unable to use two devices at a time. If you have the TV on (standard HD netflix) you can't use internet on your mobile. I just keep my mobile on 4g the whole time - wifi is too unreliable. I have spent 2-3hours on calls with 2 degrees tech support and have given up on a solution. Obviously I have no choice but to transition to a more competent supplier but 2degrees want to charge an early termination fee.
