Worst customer service ever. When I switched to them my modem didn't appear to work. Because it wasn't their modem they were not interested in helping. Instead they informed me I could pay an extra $5 a month to rent one of there's. I managed to sort the issue to avoid this. The wait on the phone is long and they are rude. I tried contacting them via email but they never respond meaning you have to than call them. When I signed up there was meant to be a $150 credit and 6 months prime for the $85 plan I have, however they attempted to state I wasn't on the right plan for this even when it explicitly states it on their website. Unfortunately I signed up for a year but after this I'd rather pay $5 extra a month for skinny. Sort your stuff out 2 degrees !
