I never want to hear the words '2 Degrees' again. I got a sales call, asking me if I'd like to switch to their broadband as I have a mobile account with them. I foolishly agreed and really wish I hadn't. Getting the modem set up proved impossible, even after two frustrating hours on the phone to various tech support people.Eventually, I decided this miserable experience wasn't worth it and gave up. I called my previous broadband provider and asked to have my service re-instated. They managed to do this instantly.NEVER deal with 2 Degrees. This is useless, corporate f*#k-around on a grand scale.
