Would give this a -star rating if possible. Opened a Business account with 5 lines, and due to lack of communication a error had incurred on my personal account the one number came from. This is not the main issue, it took 5 calls, 5 escalations for the sales consultant to FINALLY call me back, not even apologising for taking that long, then threatening by saying "What if he listens to the recordings and I am wrong, what am i gonna do then". I then AGAIN asked to speak to his manager it has been 2 days and this manager could not be bothered to call me back.
