A very big fat ZERO if I could rate . Their contact centre staffs are rude and not well trained. They played a message while you wait referring to being kind to their staffs. But how the hell you expect customers to be kind to you where your staffs are so rude to start the conversation and they all sounds like they don’t want to work at all. No wonder people get angry.
