A truly frustrating ordeal. I purchased a game code on the platform but never received the code via email. After creating an account and clicking on "reveal code," I was prompted to contact support. I informed them that I had not received the game code I paid for. Despite five follow-up emails thanking me for my patience, the code was never sent. I even threatened to report the issue to my credit card company. Eventually, I was asked for a screenshot, which puzzled me since they should know if the code was sent. After providing the screenshot, I was told to initiate a return, which I expect to receive around 6 January. Now, I’m trying to delete my account but am met with an Internal Server Error message. Given my past experiences, I won't be reaching out to support again. If you're someone who can handle frustration, doesn’t mind losing money, has plenty of time, and doesn’t care about receiving your purchase, then this platform might work for you. Otherwise, consider this a warning.
