Same message for the last hour. If my order ever gets fulfilled, this will be the only order on this site because I am NEVER ordering from them again. EVER.
i love the thought of 2 game but i bought a key right before their website went down (no warnings on the website about planned maintenance) they replied quickly to my first support email asking for additional information and never got back to me, i cant redeem my key and assumed it was due to website maintenance but now that the websites back up i still cant redeem the key
*edit* they gave me a refund without me asking im not sure what the problem was but i will raise them up from 1 to 3 stars
I am extremely disappointed with this situation.
I ordered Resident Evil 2 remake deluxe edition just right now. However, I did NOT receive any game key immediately after purchase. It’s shown that there are a technical problem in the key granting system. This is completely unacceptable.
I’ve already contacted Support and at this point I am doing nothing but waiting, which is ridiculous considering I have already paid for the product. There is absolutely no guarantee that I will actually receive the key for my RE2.
As a paying customer, I expect:
A clear confirmation that my Resident Evil 2 remake WILL receive a valid key.
An explanation as to why keys are not being delivered immediately after purchase.
Right now, this feels like I paid for something and got nothing in return. That seriously damages my trust on your service.
If this issue is not resolved properly and promptly, I will have to reconsider using your platform in the future.
Website buffered every time I went to purchase a dlc at the checkout screen, leading me to believe the purchase never went through. later went back into my bank account to find out id been charged 4 times. Not happy with this and still waiting for a response to get a refund.

A truly frustrating ordeal. I purchased a game code on the platform but never received the code via email. After creating an account and clicking on "reveal code," I was prompted to contact support. I informed them that I had not received the game code I paid for. Despite five follow-up emails thanking me for my patience, the code was never sent. I even threatened to report the issue to my credit card company. Eventually, I was asked for a screenshot, which puzzled me since they should know if the code was sent. After providing the screenshot, I was told to initiate a return, which I expect to receive around 6 January. Now, I’m trying to delete my account but am met with an Internal Server Error message. Given my past experiences, I won't be reaching out to support again. If you're someone who can handle frustration, doesn’t mind losing money, has plenty of time, and doesn’t care about receiving your purchase, then this platform might work for you. Otherwise, consider this a warning.
