This company are con artists, defrauding their customers by advertising and selling breakdown cover, that they have no intention of honouring. It is run by a Gary Steven Haime and Carrie Susan Haime of Wisbech. My son with hearing difficulties broke down on the motorway slip road. On inspection he had two flat tyres. His best guess is that a pot hole on a diversion earlier must have caused them. Called up 2gether insurances help line where the audio message specifically stated - our dedicated team of professionals are available 24/7 to assist you with any vehicle issues you may encounter. Whether you have a flat tyre, are experiencing engine trouble, or need a jump start, we've got you covered. The call handler asked what he thought had happened and he explained. The moment he said pot hole, they refused his claim, and referred them to their policy wording. In that, they class a pothole as an accident and therefore, it's not covered. They did offer recovery at additional cost! Call centre staff then refused to let me speak to a supervisor and refused to give me the head office details. Do yourself a favour and filter the reviews by one star and the true picture is revealed. The same stories again and again of people being abandoned having essentially paid for nothing. Gary and Carrie seem quite happy to scam people and put their lives in danger so long as the cash keeps rolling in. Their other company Emergency Assist has the exact same story. This review will elicit a boiler plate response from them saying thanks for bring it to their attention. It's all empty words and part of the scam. Their policy document and business model is a thieves charter. The whole thing is presented to give the illusion that its regulated and controlled, but its all been carefully done as part of the scam.
Rang for recovery to take to local garage for repair.Phone answered within a few minutes.Only downfall was that I was not rung back to inform me that the job had been allocated and who to expect or indication of time frame.Was told I would be called 30 minutes before arrival.Just after 2 hours the recovery driver called to say he would be at the car in 1 minute.Luckily I was only 5 minutes away.He was very appologetic.Car was in garage within 15 minutes.Wow.
I have renewed my car breakdown coverage multiple times due to the attractive rates and the simplicity of the website. Although I haven't needed to use the service, I can confidently recommend the website experience.
I mis-read your advert and thought I needed to renew my breakdown cover, which is with your company. I therefore, instead of checking first that I had not in fact run out of cover, which was entirely my own fault, renewed it again with yourselves, so I had 2 separate insurance covers for the same vehicle. I realised my mistake immediately, so telephoned back and spoke to Robin, who immediately arranged a refund - so I'm very grateful to him. I have today received an email thanking me for renewing (the incorrect renewal). It must be an automatic response email, so no harm done, but you did ask for my opinion. However, I was so relieved with your response to my mistake, I will be renewing with your company, hopefully at the correct time!

Instead of verifying that I hadn't actually run out of coverage, I mistakenly renewed it, resulting in two separate policies for the same vehicle. I realized my error quickly and contacted the support team, who promptly arranged a refund. I'm very thankful for their help. I received an automatic email thanking me for the renewal (the incorrect one). While it was an automated response, no harm was done. I just wanted to share my thoughts. I was so relieved with the prompt resolution that I plan to renew with the company at the right time!
