Looking at other reviews it seems the customer support are trained in protracting, with the aim you give up. I recognised this early on and realised it wasn't worth my time. Clearly 2k make enough money from game sales to care about putting any issues right. There's a gap in the market for an excellent game maker with a decent customer support team. I urge EPIC GAMES to make games like 2k, their customer support is excellent.
