Their games feel good until you invest 3 days and 13 hours on it just for it to be wiped. I tried contacting them about it and they did nothing at all. I am overall just mad about their lack of care for their customers.

This is the most frustrating game I've ever encountered. Despite having a high driving dunk and vertical, when I go for a contact dunk against a shorter player, the game often makes me fade or float the shot, leading to misses or blocks. I'm very unhappy and will definitely seek a refund.
I've been playing since the pre-release and faced an unexpected permanent ban while using remote play. I received no prior warning or explanation for the ban, and customer support confirmed it without further details. It's incredibly disappointing that a major company would enforce such bans without transparency or proper support.
Completely ineffective support. I bought a game that started crashing within a few hours. Due to the refund policy, I couldn't get my money back. I tried working with support, but they followed a scripted response that didn't help at all. Despite spending a good amount on the game, I felt abandoned and frustrated.
The worst support experience I've encountered. They seem to look for reasons not to assist rather than actually helping. After multiple emails and providing all requested information, they falsely claimed to see missing content in my evidence. This has left me feeling frustrated and unwilling to purchase from this company again.
