Extremely frustrating gameplay

This game has been an incredibly frustrating experience. With high stats, I expect better performance. However, attempts at contact dunks often result in fading shots or blocks, and I'm left extremely dissatisfied and seeking a refund.

The most frustrating game I've ever played

This is the most frustrating game I've ever encountered. Despite having a high driving dunk and vertical, when I go for a contact dunk against a shorter player, the game often makes me fade or float the shot, leading to misses or blocks. I'm very unhappy and will definitely seek a refund.

Zero stars should be an option

Zero stars should be an option. This is the most greedy and pathetic company I've come across. Games are always released with bugs and they hide everything behind paywalls. I have a strong dislike for this company.

I received no prior warning or explanation for the ban, and customer support confirmed it without further details. It's incredibly disappointing that a major company would enforce such bans without transparency or proper support.

Games become unplayable after two years

You buy a game, and then they shut down the servers after two years, making it unplayable. I thought I was purchasing a game, not paying a hefty fee for a two-year rental.

Completely ineffective support

Completely ineffective support. I bought a game that started crashing within a few hours. Due to the refund policy, I couldn't get my money back. I tried working with support, but they followed a scripted response that didn't help at all. Despite spending a good amount on the game, I felt abandoned and frustrated.

The worst support experience I've had

The worst support experience I've encountered. They seem to look for reasons not to assist rather than actually helping. After multiple emails and providing all requested information, they falsely claimed to see missing content in my evidence. This has left me feeling frustrated and unwilling to purchase from this company again.
