We ordered a heater that arrived nonfunctional. A replacement was sent, but that unit was also defective—neither would turn on, no matter the outlet. These were expensive items, and we couldn't use either. Despite reaching out to the company multiple times since December 6th, contacting anyone or getting a response has been incredibly difficult. We formally requested a full refund, but the poor communication and follow-through have made resolving this issue unnecessarily hard. Considering the product's price, both the quality and customer support have been disappointing. If I could give zero stars, I would. I strongly advise against using this company.
