Extremely dissatisfied with the heater and customer service

We ordered a heater that arrived nonfunctional. A replacement was sent, but that unit was also defective—neither would turn on, irrespective of the outlet used. These items were expensive, and we haven't been able to use either. Since December 6th, reaching the company has proven to be very difficult, despite numerous attempts. We formally requested a full refund, but the lack of communication and follow-up has made the situation frustrating. Considering the product's price, both the quality and customer service have not met expectations. If I could give zero stars, I would. I strongly advise against using this company.

Defective Items and Lack of Support

Will Go to Great Lengths to Deceive

The company will go to extreme measures to take your money. They shipped my package to someone else, preventing me from disputing my credit card, and then sent another package I didn't order three months later to challenge my credit card's protection.
