I've received no responses to multiple inquiries about my order status. I placed my order on December 18, and now it's January 10. The customer service hours are limited to weekdays, and I've heard nothing back from emails or voicemails. They were also closed for over five days from January 2 to January 7.
I strongly advise against buying from this place. The prices are exorbitant—$160 for a shirt, plus $20 for shipping, which is just standard postal service. There is a complete lack of customer service. It's one of the worst experiences; just stay away.
I ordered a stylish knit button-down shirt, but the material didn't feel right when I tried it on. After returning it, I found that this company didn't refund the entire amount I paid initially and charged me for return shipping. It's unreasonable to charge for returns on clothing that doesn't fit or isn't liked.
