Review Time
I did not receive a ring that I ordered. After sending several emails to the support team, I was advised to check with the post office to see if they were holding my package, as well as with my neighbors and my husband to see if they had received it. I was instructed to report back if I found the item, but no replacement or refund was offered. This has been very disappointing.
I purchased a hanging toiletry bag for $55 on sale, but it was completely misrepresented! The quality is poor... you can find a much nicer and more affordable one at a local drugstore. I was offered store credit or an exchange, but neither option was satisfactory. I demanded a full refund... and eventually received it.
I had ordered a jacket and never received it. I was charged the $100 on my credit card for the purchase. I will be calling my bank to start fraud charges. Very disappointed in the company and in myself for taking a chance on a company I knew nothing about. Be warned!
Would love to give a review but I have yet to receive my product. I paid for expedited handling- but tracking isn’t working well. I hope it arrives before I leave for my event on Thursday. Because the expedited shipping was a separate order item, shop.com have gotten confused.
