I purchased 2 items on November 16th and received them promptly. One item did not fit so I returned it using the provided shipping label. The return was received on November 22nd. I’ve received no acknowledgment of receipt and certainly no credit. I’ve emailed (their preferred method of communication) 3 times and I’ve called their customer service, also 3 times, where I got a recording that they were “busy” serving other customers and asking for details so they can call you back, they don’t. I finally entered a dispute with my CC company. I like the quality of the items I received but why would anyone want to buy from them if you have to fight to get a legitimate credit? I won’t purchase from them again.
