This company used to be reliable, but they recently switched their delivery service, which has proven to be highly unreliable. My order has taken nearly three weeks to arrive from New Jersey to Michigan. The package has been marked 'out for delivery' for two days, but I doubt it will arrive soon. Initially, they promised 2 to 4 business days for delivery, but customer service later indicated it could take up to nine business days. It’s now well past that, and they can’t assist unless there are no updates for another nine days. I won't be ordering from them again. Be warned, it might take a month to receive your order.
