The sizing of the clothing is inconsistent. I recently bought large pants, but they are smaller than the large I bought last year. This makes sizing unreliable. After 6 years of shopping with this company, I've decided not to purchase from them again.
Absolutely terrible experience! I ordered a coat on December 8 and noticed it hadn't shipped by December 15. I reached out via email since calling was not an option, and they advised me to wait a full week until the 16th. After another email, I was told that if I didn't receive the coat by the 21st, they'd send a replacement via expedited shipping. I emailed on the 21st and 22nd multiple times with no replies. I'm planning to dispute the charges with my card provider. They can keep the coat; it would arrive in the summer!

The customer service has been frustrating; they initially said to wait 7 business days before reshipping with FedEx, but that information was incorrect. Now I'm told I need to wait 9 business days, which has already passed. If it were possible to give zero stars, I certainly would.

The support team was unresponsive; after daily follow-ups, they finally asked for photos as if I should recreate the experience of wearing the coat. No refund was provided, leading me to donate the coat.

Returning it is a hassle since they don’t provide a return label in the package like others do. It’s Christmas time, and my order, placed on December 5, may not arrive until the 27th! Avoid this company; their service is painfully slow.
This company used to be reliable, but they recently switched their delivery service, which has proven to be highly unreliable. My order has taken nearly three weeks to arrive from New Jersey to Michigan. The package has been marked 'out for delivery' for two days, but I doubt it will arrive soon. Initially, they promised 2 to 4 business days for delivery, but customer service later indicated it could take up to nine business days. It’s now well past that, and they can’t assist unless there are no updates for another nine days. I won't be ordering from them again. Be warned, it might take a month to receive your order.
