I strongly advise against purchasing this item. The women's long puffer coat I received was a complete failure, pilling on my clothes every day for a week. The support team was unresponsive; after daily follow-ups, they finally asked for photos as if I should recreate the experience of wearing the coat. No refund was provided, leading me to donate the coat.
