I ordered on Dec 7 with standard shipping advertised as 2-4 business days. Now it's the 22nd and I still haven't received anything. The customer service has been frustrating; they initially said to wait 7 business days before reshipping with FedEx, but that information was incorrect. Now I'm told I need to wait 9 business days, which has already passed. If it were possible to give zero stars, I certainly would.
