In my opinion and experience, most bikes shops would consider a customer who shells out 315 quid on repairs a valued customer, and would therefore replace a chain that has clear signs of rust on it without question.Especially when that chain is less than 2 months old.Especially when the bike is stored in a shed overnight.Especially when the bike has been ridden only once in wet conditions (and not even in actual rain). And especially when this model of chain costs just 20 quid. But not 360 Cycles. So I won't be going back.[NB: I gave one star because the original work was good. They just used a chain that didn't have any protective film/lube on it or else a chain that wasn't new to begin with.]
