I bought a Cube Kathmandu Hybrid One 800 from 360 Cycles and would recommend them to anyone buying a bike. The advice given, The test ride the lack of pushy selling technique and the 1 year free servicing was second to none. The electric assist has given me the confidence to push myself, knowing that to can get home. I have now got a new tow bar mounted bike carrier so the how the horizon has broadened. In my 70s it has given me my life back.

The guys in 360 are just excellent at what they do. I had an issue with my wheel. They took my bike from me and fixed tithe problem, double checking my front wheel as part of the check. They gave me confidence in my bike again. I will be bringing my bike to them annually for a service and will enjoy a coffee and cookie outside as part of the ritual.
I ordered a scooter on this website and received both an order confirmation and invoice. The following day, the company contacted me to say the scooter had been listed in error. Despite this being their mistake, they refused to honour the confirmed order or offer another model that is due in as a replacement. The only alternative offered was a blue scooter — completely disregarding the fact that I specifically ordered pink for a birthday gift. There was no meaningful apology and the overall customer service was very poor. I am now without a scooter and left waiting for my refund due to their error. Extremely disappointing. There are many other reliable Irish businesses that would truly appreciate your custom - I would recommend going elsewhere.
Great service overall. Both Martin and Sebastian, very patient, knowledgeable and helpful around what bike and accessories. Administration was also great based on consistent communication.Made it all easy...and we felt we purchased the best of what we were looking for.
