I ordered postcards with envelopes to be printed. The order arrived in a box with only the envelopes, without the postcards. This is so frustrating because once you need to have contact the customer service, nobody answer you within the indicated delay, and I am still waiting for an answer. I strongly suggest paying a bit more to have a more reliable provider.In response to your initial comment, I contacted the customer service where you mentioned in the first place. They only replied to me once, after I insisted, and their answer was not helpful at all. It is not normal you have to chase the customer service like that.
