This service is incredibly disappointing and lacks professionalism. I requested delivery by the 24th at the latest and placed my order two weeks in advance, yet they have failed to deliver. Communication is nearly impossible, as I can only interact with a frustrating automated system and an email address that receives replies at their convenience. It is unacceptable that producing just one catalog took two weeks. Their operational skills are severely lacking, and this has been the least professional experience I've encountered. I regret placing my trust in this service.
