Disappointing Experience with the Service

We spent $400 on items from the platform due to their low prices, but we deeply regret that decision. We will not engage with them again and cannot recommend them to anyone. Here are the details: #1. The print quality is worse than what we get from a standard home printer. The text on the product label is unreadable, despite providing the documents in the requested format. #2. When we sought clarification on a potential issue, we were shocked to find that customer service is virtually non-existent! There is no phone number, email, or live chat available. They force users to rely on an ineffective AI chat, leaving us feeling abandoned after payment. #3. After placing our order, we received emails from an unfamiliar company handling our order. Upon investigation, we discovered this poorly reviewed subsidiary was responsible for our order. We intentionally avoided them, yet they were involved. #4. Instead of a single shipment, we received 10 separate deliveries, arriving at different times. Our order is past the promised delivery date, and despite receiving an email stating it was "successfully delivered," we still have three items missing. The tracking indicates "Shipment partially delivered. Recovery actions underway." When we contacted the delivery service, they revealed that it’s stuck in customs with no clear timeline for release. Overall, this was a frustrating experience, reinforcing the lesson that sometimes, you get what you pay for.
