Review Time
I had business cards printed and the edges were frayed, there was white type that wasn't printed at all and I couldn't complain. The form you have to fill out to complain won't let me hit submit and there are no other options to complain.
Printing is all off and qr code doesn't work. It works when I scan the code from my laptop with my phone. Was told that's my fault. Why would you not test before running a complete job. Never again.
It is a complete Fraud!!
My Order never received. They stole the money and never delivered my order. Poor Customer service with no contact or email and a human being to communicate with. A pre-programmed robot that never gives you the right answer.
I received an email stating that your order has been delivered to the agreed address, which has actually never delievered and it is a no-reply email. I could not find any way of communicating with them.

took 10 days to long to get her shipper count not find package, customer service is aI so no, help their email address cameback as not active. then a week after I finally get the product I get a bill from fedex for tarrifs. I have already paid them for shipping & handling which to me is part of that.
They collected $14 delivery fee when I placed the order, but I got a tax collection invoice from Fedex and stuck figuring out how to pay it. When I ordered, there were no indication that I have to pay the import tax. As the stickers were imported from Portugal now I have to deal with this tax. Stickers also arrived like way too late. What a nightmare.
I purchased an order almost one month ago and O think my order is lost; Is really hard to get contact with customer service; they keep saying that they are working with the issue but I'm still waiting for my order, O don't recommend it to by from here because they ignore you! I guess I have to dispute the purchase with may bank account

At this point, I'm giving them a 2-star rating, but that could shift. Like others, I also paid an additional fee for expedited shipping. As of now, I have not received my order. I placed it on December 31, 2025, and today is January 24, 2026. Initially, my items were promised for delivery by January 9th, which was then revised to January 12th. Now, the status is simply 'in transit'. I hope the quality will justify the wait, but time will tell. There seems to be no customer support, and I was unaware that this service was based overseas when I placed my order.

The print quality is worse than what we get from a standard home printer. The text on the product label is unreadable, despite providing the documents in the requested format. #2. When we sought clarification on a potential issue, we were shocked to find that customer service is virtually non-existent! There is no phone number, email, or live chat available. They force users to rely on an ineffective AI chat, leaving us feeling abandoned after payment. #3. After placing our order, we received emails from an unfamiliar company handling our order. Upon investigation, we discovered this poorly reviewed subsidiary was responsible for our order. We intentionally avoided them, yet they were involved. #4. Instead of a single shipment, we received 10 separate deliveries, arriving at different times. Our order is past the promised delivery date, and despite receiving an email stating it was "successfully delivered," we still have three items missing. The tracking indicates "Shipment partially delivered. Recovery actions underway." When we contacted the delivery service, they revealed that it’s stuck in customs with no clear timeline for release. Overall, this was a frustrating experience, reinforcing the lesson that sometimes, you get what you pay for.
