I strongly advise anyone considering 360 Online Print to take their business elsewhere.
I placed an order for flyers and 2 minutes later made a modification through their own system, which clearly allows edits to existing orders. I did not place a new order—I simply upgraded the paper from 60 lb matte to 80 lb gloss, fully expecting to be charged the difference.
Instead, they charged me for both the original order AND the modified version.
No clarification. No warning. No transparency.
When I tried to resolve the issue, I discovered they have no accessible customer service phone number, and their website makes it extremely difficult to contact anyone. I had to dig around online (outside of their own platform) just to find a way to submit a message.
After finally reaching them, they refused to issue any refund—despite the fact that this was clearly a modification, not a second purchase.
This is not just poor customer service—it’s deceptive and unethical business practice.
Now I’m forced to dispute the charge with my credit card company.
Between the lack of transparency, nonexistent customer support, and refusal to correct an obvious issue, this company operates in a way that feels predatory and dishonest.
I will never use them again, and I highly recommend others steer clear. There are far more reputable printing companies that value integrity and customer relationships.
