I was a little sketched out at first by the text messages - with scammers using texting more often I was hesitant to respond or click on links but Ruby was on top of my order, sent me updates on the shipping/tracking and confirmed it arrived as expected! The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because the set up instructions need a little bit of work. I thought my machine was faulty when it wouldn’t turn on due to using an extension cord - good to know moving forward for events. Also, nothing to do with 360SPB but something to consider moving forward; the package is pretty heavy and FedEx “attempted” to deliver the package the day before ETA when I wasn’t home. The next day I stayed home all day as to not miss them. When they finally arrived - they were going to do the same thing! Didn’t even try to deliver - jumped right out of their truck with “attempt to deliver” sticker already in hand - there were 2 cars parked in the driveway (clearly home). When I popped out of my house to confirm I was home and they COULD deliver they were upset and told me it weighed 4000lbs. I stood there until they delivered. Again! Nothing to do with 360SPB but buyers beware of tracking before your shipment gets returned!
