Product exceeded expectations! Quality way better than expected. Picture crystal clear! Rugged frame that looks classy! First of all I love our video booth! Yes, this piece that is being replaced arrived right on time for our busy season. I was not too sure how long of a wait it would be but I love that it is already here and the updates with the shipment made it that much easier.
My experience started off a little ruff not on 360’s part but on the courier. My package was left by my house with no signature and someone took my package. Jenny came to the rescue when I contacted 360 she made sure she stayed in contact with me and she was able to reship me another 360 with no hassle. Jenny deserves 10 stars for her compassion, kindness and overall Great customer service. I wish all companies had a Jenny. She put herself in my shoes as a customer and for that she will go far in life in this field or whatever field she go too. Thanks Jenny you are a Gem 💎 ❤️

I was a little sketched out at first by the text messages - with scammers using texting more often I was hesitant to respond or click on links but Ruby was on top of my order, sent me updates on the shipping/tracking and confirmed it arrived as expected! The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because the set up instructions need a little bit of work. I thought my machine was faulty when it wouldn’t turn on due to using an extension cord - good to know moving forward for events. Also, nothing to do with 360SPB but something to consider moving forward; the package is pretty heavy and FedEx “attempted” to deliver the package the day before ETA when I wasn’t home. The next day I stayed home all day as to not miss them. When they finally arrived - they were going to do the same thing! Didn’t even try to deliver - jumped right out of their truck with “attempt to deliver” sticker already in hand - there were 2 cars parked in the driveway (clearly home). When I popped out of my house to confirm I was home and they COULD deliver they were upset and told me it weighed 4000lbs. I stood there until they delivered. Again! Nothing to do with 360SPB but buyers beware of tracking before your shipment gets returned!
