If I could give it 0 stars I would. The course is terrible. Many of the questions on the exam and quizes do not reflect the information presented in the material. It is extremely hard to pass an exam. You get 2 attempts and then are permanently locked out and have to repurchase the course. I believe they do that on purpose to get more money from you. I fortunately found it out on first exam I took and so only had a few hours invested in this horrible experience. DO NOT INVEST YOUR TIME AND MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY.
Still waiting on full customer service experience after 3rd attempt to meet seat time requirements. Website continuously does not save info when “save and exit” is selected causing over 22 hours of commitment into an 8 hour refresher course.
Advertised a certification as a NAMP mold inspector but only received a “certificate of completion” for the course itself. This service is a scam. Not to mention the course was extremely outdated and customer service doesn’t exist. Disputing the charge with my credit card company because I can’t get any help.
The latest versions of real estate continuing ed are ponderous and frustrating. Sitting through 4 hours of a course while listening to an AI generated voice read EVERY SINGLE WORD at a pace designed for the slowest learners is not at all helpful. The acquisition of VanEd by 360training has proven to be a joke for those of us that use the services. They have my money this time, but never again.

I did it all for nothing. The company I was supposed to get hired on thru only wanted money for a years worth of dues up front. Along with that and buying everything necessary for work, it left me without any job at all & a waste of those hours going thru that half assed safety course that y'all call training. That's not training, that's just educational as far as job site safety, which is probably part of the reasons so many lose their lives on the job because they're not properly, physically trained on site instead of a computer
It took 2 days to finally complete. The window would just randomly close. I tried on multiple devices. I went through the verification process probably 100 times. I tried my ipad but the browser was non compatible even though it was the latest chrome. My webcam would show as a green screen. Customer service is in Philippines. Why can't a company like 360 who has great profit margins I would guess, not hire Americans? answer: GREED
