Debbie is fantastic

Debbie is fantastic! She is extremely organized, an excellent communicator, talented, and fun to work with. This is our second year working with The Leadership Institute and Debbie. The events are well thought out, meaningful, fun, and high energy. Teams walk away with new or refreshed communication and strategic skills and good fun. Thank you!

Fun and Engaging Team Building Activity for our Entire Staff

SC Thrive recently participated in the Leaders Institute's Build-A-Bike team building activity and it was an outstanding experience for our entire staff. We are delighted to recommend this event to other organizations looking for a fun and engaging team-building opportunity. Our facilitator, Damian Johnson, was truly amazing. He kept everyone's interest throughout the event with his dynamic and engaging style. His ability to connect with each participant made the experience even more enjoyable and memorable. We were also thrilled to partner with the Salvation Army to donate six brand new bikes and helmets we built during the activity. It was a rewarding experience to contribute to such a worthy cause, and we look forward to partnering with the Salvation Army again in the future.I also want to shout out to Kelsey Greenwood for helping set up the event. Her communication from when we reached out to after the event ended was perfect. Both Damian and Kelsey were extremely helpful and were able to answer all my pre-event questions.Overall, we are extremely satisfied with the Leaders Institute and look forward to utilizing their services for another team-building event in the future.

Damian Johnson is the best!

Damian Johnson is what made our experience great. Damian is the best facilitator I've come across in a long time. The way he engages the audience and keeps everyone on their toes literally made for a fun team building exercise. Our team is still talking about the event from last week. This lets me know that Damian provided an unforgettable experience. I would highly recommend this experience to other companies.

Debbie Brunet did a great job of inspiring team work

Debbie Brunet did a great job of leading our Build-a-bike team builder this week in Sonoma. She was very well prepared for the event and provided a great team project that inspires collaboration on a team. Communication up and through the even was excellent. The event really helped newer team members learn more about their peers and how to work together.I highly recommend this event for your next Off-site meeting and if you are in the Sonoma area, ask for Debbie Brunet.Sincerely,Rodney Brown

Leadership Workshop was a hit!

We worked with The Leaders Institute to craft a full-day workshop for our leadership team. Damian Johnson was our workshop facilitator and he was dynamic, intuitive, engaging, and well educated in leadership techniques. The event was fully interactive and kept our team focused throughout. I recommend The Leaders Institute for a meaningful way to invest in your team.

Highly recommend Leaders Institute

From the beginning, Chris was great to work with, providing all the information I needed to decide which event to select for my team. Debbie was assigned to facilitate our event. She was absolutely amazing. Highly recommend anyone looking for a fun team building event. We chose Build a bike which was a great choice and for a good cause.

Building Bonds while Building Bikes!

The Leaders Institute was easy to contract with and the event was a great success! Amy Maybury was our Amazing event instructor!! She got everyone engaged and made it a fun team building event. We did a meeting survey and the feedback on the Build-A-Bike event was even more positive than we had hoped for. It was the highlight of our 4-day meeting for several meeting attendees. They enjoyed getting to work in groups with people that they do not usually get to spend time with and getting to see the kids get the bikes put a smile in everyone's heart! We gave the kids drawstring bags filled with markers, colored pencils, colored gel pens, journals, activity books, yo-yo, Rubik's Cube, water bottle, and stickers. We had a snack station with cotton candy and warm funnel cakes to make it special while they waited for the bikes to be built. Amy's enthusiasm got the group of 85 people competing, cheering and building bonds while building bikes!
