After mum experienced being looked after by carers on two previous occasion's (with very mixed results on a daily basis) when the time came in the Summer for mum to have help once again, I am so glad we selected 365 Medicare, from the companies who said they had capacity to look after mum. They are a very well organised company who strive to ensure they get things right first time, and if, on some occasions there are staff shortages at short notice, (traffic, illness etc.) they keep you informed and always ensure mum is treated as a priority. They proved invaluable recently when a carer on her evening shift suggested to relatives visiting that they should call an ambulance as mum should definitely be checked out by the hospital.
