After mum experienced being looked after by carers on two previous occasion's (with very mixed results on a daily basis) when the time came in the Summer for mum to have help once again, I am so glad we selected 365 Medicare, from the companies who said they had capacity to look after mum. They are a very well organised company who strive to ensure they get things right first time, and if, on some occasions there are staff shortages at short notice, (traffic, illness etc.) they keep you informed and always ensure mum is treated as a priority. They proved invaluable recently when a carer on her evening shift suggested to relatives visiting that they should call an ambulance as mum should definitely be checked out by the hospital.
Having to switch from the hospital discharge carers was a worry for my mum. However, 365 have taken over her care, and she is happy to have a regular carer, Grace, most days. Grace is friendly and looks after her needs in a caring, compassionate, and professional manner.

365Medicare have been providing care for my Mum who suffers from Dementia and sight problems for over a year now. The carers are polite and professional and really do make Mum’s life easier. Mum enjoys their help and also their company and friendliness. The care provided really gives our family peace of mind.
